Three Easy No Bake Energy Bite Recipes
Who doesn’t love a tasty recipe that’s both fast and functional? That’s why we (and the rest of the internet) have fallen in love with Energy Bites. These quick, no bake treats are easy to prepare and are held together by our perfectly textured Nut Butters.

Blueberry Pistachio Energy Bites:
Ingredients:
– 1 cup MaraNatha® Peanut Butter Creamy (No Stir)
– ½ cup Arrowhead Mills® Organic Old Fashioned Oatmeal
– 2 Tbsp. Arrowhead Mills® Flax Seeds
– ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
– ¼ cup dried blueberries
– ¼ cup pistachios
Chocolate Cherry Energy Bites:
Ingredients:
– 1 cup MaraNatha® Peanut Butter Creamy (No Stir)
– ½ cup Arrowhead Mills® Organic Old Fashioned Oatmeal
– 2 Tbsp. Arrowhead Mills® Flax Seeds
– ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
– ¼ cup dried cherries
– ¼ cup almonds
Coconut Almond Energy Bites:
Ingredients:
– 1 cup MaraNatha® Peanut Butter Creamy (No Stir)
– ½ cup Arrowhead Mills® Organic Old Fashioned Oatmeal
– 2 Tbsp. Arrowhead Mills® Flax Seeds
– ¼ cup sweetened coconut flakes (optional: toast in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until golden brown, watch closely, coconut burns quickly!)
Preparation:
For each Energy Bite recipe, the preparation is the same, making it even easier to make a few batches and find your favorite.
In a food processor, pulse dry ingredients until well combined. Add in MaraNatha® Nut Butter and pulse until the consistency is uniform.
On a baking sheet lined with wax paper, form balls from the mixture (typically about 1½ Tbsp. each) and place them on the baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 min. and serve! Note that each recipe makes roughly 16 energy bites (one energy bite is one serving).
For the adventurous decorators out there, you can pulse additional dry ingredients and roll each ball in the crumbs.
