- 1-3 tbsp. Maranatha Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
- 1 cup favorite juice. tea or milk (rice. soy or dairy)
- 1 banana (frozen works best)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit or berries
Optional Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla
- 2 tbsp. soft silken tofu
- 2 tsp. figs or fig paste
