- Ingredients:
- 1 9 inch frozen pie crust
- 3/4 cup Hain® Sugar
- 1 Tbl Arrowhead Mills® Organic All Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup sweet flaked coconut
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbl MaraNatha® Coconut Butter, melted
- 2 tbl unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Directions:
- Bake frozen pie crust at 400°F for 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
- Lower oven to 325°F.
- Meanwhile combine sugar, flour in a large bowl; stir in eggs, blend well. Stir in coconut and next 3 ingredients, blend well. Pour coconut filling into crust and bake for -50-60 minutes or until pie is set.
- Let cool before serving.
